On the roads of Nelaa, chaos reigned ...

Families dragged their belongings behind them as they travelled through the burning lanes always fearful of being killed by the falling walls of collapsing buildings...

Neither axe nor shield could stop the destruction. The elusive fog could not be stemmed by the once proud knights who were now powerless against the raging inferno...

Helpless, they had to watch while entire families perished. Some people ran into their burning homes to save what could be saved...

Help came too late for many. Those were not burned by the flames, suffocated in the smoke...

The black ghosts raged through the whole night. Later, in the early morning hours the last clouds of fog blew out of the city. With the disappearance of the fog, the departure of Nelaa began ...

All the survivors of the night gathered in front of the walls of the Old Barrier. Thousands flowed out of the many gates of the city...

After the ones who were hurt were aided, the search for the missed ones began. Only a few were found dead in the rubble. Thus, the reports of many survivors had to be true...

The Black Fog had kidnapped innumerable living humans ...
